Purpose: the data you enter are used to handle your download request and to contact you about the downloaded software (trial, installation, licensing and support).
Legal basis: your request and the consent you give with this form (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR). The download is not possible without the required data; all other data are optional.
Recipients: your data are never published or sold. They may only be processed by the providers that run technical services on our behalf (hosting, e-mail), appointed as data processors.
Retention: for as long as needed for the purposes above and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless required by law.
Your rights: at any time you can request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, object to the processing, request data portability and withdraw your consent by writing to info@arolo.it. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, or the authority of your country).
