Secure payment

Our products are sold to companies and VAT number holders only, not to private individuals. If you need an invoice to deduct the VAT paid, please give us a VAT number valid for intra-EU / international transactions.

For international transfers we recommend a SEPA credit transfer. Once the amount has been credited to our account, we ship the ordered products.

The full order amount must be transferred within 5 days of the order date. If it is not credited within this time, the order is cancelled.

PayPal

PayPal is a fast, reliable way to pay online. You create a free account, confirm your email address and link a payment method to it: then you can pay with a few clicks, without entering or sharing your financial details with the seller at every purchase. You only need to link your credit or prepaid card to your PayPal account; if you have no card, you can top up your PayPal account with a bank transfer.

If you choose PayPal, you are taken to the official PayPal website and your card is charged for the amount of your purchase. At no point of the purchase can Arolo Venture see the details of your card: they are sent only to PayPal, over a protected connection.

If an order is cancelled in full or in part, or is not accepted by us, the amount is credited back to your PayPal account. Information and sign-up on www.paypal.com.
